Back by popular demand! Super Kicks is now offering cardio Kickboxing classes! But these aren't your Billy Blanks Tae Bo classes... in cardio Kickboxing you will learn to strike targets, learn to box, and learn to kick HARD - so that you can get in the best shape of your life! Kickboxing is an excellent all body workout that will help you to feel strong and confident. We will also teach you skills for self-defense in an exhilerating, fun and safe environment.

What is cardio kickboxing?

Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Our Kickboxing classes are the BEST way to get and stay in great shape! We'll teach you to train like a fighter, learn the kickboxing techniques that made us champions, and do it all in a safe, clean and structured class setting.
